OverviewPlacement Type: TemporarySalary: $40 to $45/hrStart Date: 12.09.2024We are looking for a Digital Designer for one of our insurance clients. This will be a hybrid position in Hartford, CT, and a one-year engagement starting in early December. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, have extensive experience in the production end of print and static digital design, and have corporate, studio, or agency experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project as well as accessibility compliance
- Design according to client's specific brand guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members
- Multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve and work independently
- Work on multiple projects with constantly changing deadlines
- Image searching, retouching, and manipulation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A.A., B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e. InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Would like someone with 3-5 years of experience in corporate, studio, or agency
- Strong skills set in graphs and charts
- An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.•Self-starter capable of delivering creative ideas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Collaborative, Responsible and Conscientious
- Shows extraordinary attention to detail
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.00 to $45.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
