Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative designs that embody our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Design captivating story graphics, ad visuals, marketing collateral, and both digital and print materials that connect with our audience and drive engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, delivering top-notch quality in every piece.
- Own your design projects from inception to completion, skillfully managing timelines and deliverables.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually enhance our creative output.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate ideas, tackle challenges, and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
- Juggle multiple projects while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Essential Skills:
- Strong grasp of design principles and a knack for generating creative concepts.
- Strategic thinker who can align design with marketing objectives.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with various design specialties (email, digital ads, web design).
- Understanding of marketing channels and their unique creative needs.
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs and how design influences them.
- Insightful about target audiences, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or advertising context.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
