Job Description Details: The Bank of America Digital Payments team is seeking a Business Banking Bill Pay & Invoicing Product Manager to help lead large-scale initiatives for the team. This teammate will have an eye for detail, strong product and technology experience, a creative and analytical approach to solving problems, and a passion to improve the customer experience. The successful candidate will bring to our team a strong suite of Product and Project management with a focus on technology. The ideal candidate will be a bona fide leader with a trail of credible deliveries (products, services, standards). He/she makes relationships work and colleagues go out of their way to help them. We need someone creative, resourceful, and ready to roll up their sleeves in our quest to bring the client experience our customers deserve. Responsibilities:
  • Work with individuals from across the bank, including technology, client servicing, product strategy & LRC to execute changes to the experience.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors to deliver up the client experience.
  • Mitigate risk to the bank by diving deep to ensure every experience is a good one.
  • Use your product knowledge and project management experience to organize, coordinate and drive results to make our clients' lives better. Required Qualifications:
    • Understand the customer experience and product features and functions.
    • Clear understanding of the technology organization and their systems to help deliver on our initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
    • Identify, size, prioritize, and deliver strategic enhancements.
    • Analyze associate and customer feedback to inform recommendations.
    • Minimum of 10 years in product operations & client care.
    • Minimum of 10 years in Financial Services.
    • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Coordinating, communicating, and managing across multiple lines of businesses experience.
    • Present to senior leadership in a clear and articulate manner.
    • Extensive Digital Payments knowledge and experience. Desired Qualifications:
      • Minimum of 10 years of payments experience.
      • Minimum of 10 years in Client Escalations / Client Care.
      • Digital Technology (Mobile and Online/Desktop) knowledge.
      • Expertise in Synergy.
      • Complaints Tracker (CTR) and VOICES knowledge. Skills:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
