Please be sure to submit a current resume when applying for this positionPOSITION SUMMARYThe Digital Distribution Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing HCI's DigitalDistribution strategies to empower the Global Hope Channel Network in accomplishing its mission. The Digital Distribution Manager is responsible to increase the digital footprint of HC's global networkby offering and developing various methods and resources.COMPENSATION
  • Full-time exempt position with benefits
  • Remuneration Range: 83-100% ($77k - $93k annually)

  • Responsible for the entire strategies of digital content distribution and engagement, which includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Develop and implement digital content development, distribution and engagement strategies that align with HC network's mission. Identify the needs of the Global Network in order to provide needed services, resources and tools.
    • Develop and provide various methods and resources to expand the digital presence of Hope Channel's global network including HCI based on the needs assessment and data.
    • Develop comprehensive strategies on training for the Global Network in Digital Distribution.
    • Ensure that the strategies, methods, and resources lead the HC network to the higher reach of the new audiences and spiritual interaction in various contexts.
    • Lead initiatives aimed at increasing the reach, impact and engagement of HC's digital content across various platforms.
    • Identify risk factors in Digital Distribution and develop strategies, policies and training to mitigate the risks.
    • Develop methods that can monitor and analyze digital distribution performance of HC networks to ensure alignment with the missional vision.
    • Track and report on the performance of digital distribution efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Prepare regular updates on progress toward the strategic vision of the Global Network
    • Work closely with internal teams, including content, Marketing, and Engagement, to ensure cohesive and effective digital distribution efforts.
    • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure the successful implementation of digital distribution initiatives.
    • Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of digital distribution strategies.
    • Providing reports/feedback to supervisor on status and resource needs
  • Oversee the production, scheduling, and distribution of digital content across HCI's platforms.
  • Coordinate the communication and agreement process with digital content and platform providers, such as OTT, on a request basis. Maintains effective relationships with HCI's partners.
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging technologies to enhance digital distribution efforts.
  • Collaborate with respective department leaders to develop strategies of integration with linear distribution and other formats including streaming platforms and cinema evangelism.
  • Must be a member in regular standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
  • Must maintain a regular and reliable work schedule
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience
  • Bachelors (BA/BS) required, Film or TV Production required. Relevant successful work experience may be acceptable in lieu of educational requirement.
  • Three to four years' experience in digital media production required. Two or more years of experience with YouTube optimization required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of principles and policies of the General Conference and beliefs of the Church. Knowledge of church structure and organization.
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate the vision, mission and priorities of Hope Channel Inc.
  • Ability to take appropriate initiative and manage all phases of assigned projects/events.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, guide talent and producers in content development process.
  • Proven skills in networking and building strategic collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize projects.
  • Strong multiple project management and organizational skills, interpersonal skills and be highly adaptable. •Strong computer skills with the MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge and skill in appropriate methods of dealing with human behavior in various circumstances.
  • Ability to perform administrative functions; develop long- and short-term plans and programs to effectively evaluate work accomplishments; establish and maintain effective relationships with internal/external personnel.
  • Advanced command of English language skills including proficiency in verbal and written forms.
