The companys engineered products enable process and product innovation, while minimizing emissions and waste.The role of the Digital Experience Associate will partner cross functionally to advocate for the customer and drive continuous improvements and results across markets, applications, and business units. Must have a strategic mindset and be customer obsessed to drive a superior customer experience working in collaboration with the demand generation, web and brand teams to deliver high impact customer content strategy, velocity and efficacy of content journeys and guidance for customer communications and tactical execution. In this role, the associate will also conduct competitive analysis to help in driving organic growth.This position is located in Deland, FL or one of several other Pall sites.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Deliver Customer Insights cross functionally.
+ Impact the customer buying journey.
+ Work with leadership teams across Pall to develop strong digital strategies.
+ Delivery SEO strategy to make Pall products more accessible to our customers.
+ Conduct competitive analysis.
+ Partner with the Demand Generation and Brand team to create and implement the Pall Customer Experience vision, strategy, roadmap and ongoing programs to continue Palls position as a recognized filtration leader by developing holistic customer content across varying stages, channels and touchpoints thru collaborations with Sales, Marketing, eBusiness and other customer facing functions.
+ Analyze existing qualitative and quantitative Voice of Customer Research and data and lead your own VOC to understand what the customer needs from a digital aspect and where they go for information.
+ Based on VOC deliver tactical execution and website plans to demand generation and brand teams to develop a cohesive end to end campaign strategy.
+ Develop process documentation, program metrics, and powerful visuals (flow charts, PPT visuals) for stakeholder communication.
+ In conjunction with Demand Generation & the Web team, define criteria and KPIs to measure the Customer Experience improvements. Visualize Customer Experience/Satisfaction related to these KPIs and at key points in the customer journey.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelors degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR
+ Masters degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience OR
+ Experience in a customer focused marketing role (e.g., Marketing, Research/Agency). Preferred experience in analyzing customer data to identify insights, developing customer experience journey maps, and leading journey map workshops.
+ Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge expertise a must
