Enabling functions may operate as a center-led global team, providing a central strategy, structure, and standards; or as business partner teams, with resources embedded within the businesses to deliver business unit-specific results.Job SummaryThis position will work directly with the Digital Design Team, and other cross functional teams, acting as the primary designer for website redesign wireframing and sitewide content creation.This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and CommOps, to design user-centered experiences that showcase our products effectively, drive engagement, and enhance conversion rates.The position will be involved in the planning, development, execution, populating and online publishing of digital design assets for all branded websites with secondary focus being on general digital design support for the GPC and GHC business units.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesContent Creation (60%)
  • Design and execute a variety of digital assets including, but not limited to:
  • Branded website content (website banners, product pages, educational pages)
  • Design and development of custom modules and performance related edits
  • Wireframes, functionality, and custom modules for branded websites
  • eComm product content, website banners, and store pages for retailers
  • Online banner graphics, digital ads, POP, merchandising materials as needed
  • Create world-class optimized content for use on both direct and retailer websites.
  • Work within various content management systems (DAM, Sitecore, BazaarVoice) to aid in the uploading of content.
  • Maintain consistency of design elements across various platforms, ensuring brand integrity and high-quality digital content.
Analytical (30%)
  • Support site engagement and conversion goals in conjunction with cross-functional teams and those managing trafficking tools.
  • Collaborate with the other departments like IT, eCommerce, Marketing, Sales, Multimedia & Video, HR and Legal etc. through all content creation and implementation stages.
  • Achieve service excellence, meet and exceed organizational objectives.
Support (10%)
    • Own the UAT stages for website redesign projects for the Digital Design team.
    • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for site design and UX/UI
    • Research and development for site typography, design, functionality, performance improvements
    • Organize and maintain digital image library and artwork files in our system.
Education and Experience Profile
  • Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Graphic Design and/or Multimedia or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within an eCommerce or digital retail environment.
  • 3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite Programs.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with digital distribution tools (BazaarVoice, Sitecore, Salsify, etc.).
  • Knowledge around other website building tools (Shopify, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Wordpress, or Wix, etc.).
  • CSS, HTML knowledge.
  • Experience with responsive and Mobile design practices.
  • Experience in CPG, ideally digitally-native brands.
  • Knowledge of CMS tools.
Required Skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent graphic and interactive skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional talent and working experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
  • Strong presentation development skills in layout and typography
  • Fluency in type, information design, and web design trends.
  • Ability to thrive under challenging deadlines.
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS coding.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of photography and video and how to apply those to the web.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and cooperatively.
  • Self-motivated to stay informed and up-to-date on current/future digital trends
