JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for strategizing and executing experiments across web and mobile platforms, providing insights that enhance user experience and drive business metrics. Must utilize strong background in digital experimentation, data analysis and statistical methods, leveraging tools like Tableau, Optimizely, VWO, Excel, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics to inform strategic decisions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and conceptualize experimentation plans detailing the hypothesis, site areas to be tested, type of test, metrics, and expected outcomes.
- Implement A/B/n/n experiments and personalization campaigns, ensuring technical accuracy and managing issues pre and post-launch.
- Perform detailed data analysis using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools to identify trends, correlations, and insights. Ensure statistical validity and significance.
- Utilize concepts such as confidence intervals, sample sizes, experiment lengths, effect sizes, and more, when analyzing experiment results to develop insights and next steps.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer data, including website analytics, on-site surveys, market research, call center feedback, user research tests, port studies and heatmap data to find new customer insights and experiment hypothesis.
- Assess and refine website or mobile segments to identify areas of opportunity for optimization or personalization.
- Work with various teams including marketing, digital experience product teams, design, revenue management, guest services, IT, and inbound/outbound sales teams to translate business requirements into actionable experiment strategies.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability as and when needed.
- Present experiment results and insights to stakeholders clearly, both verbally and through visual presentations. Document and store experiment findings in Jira.
- Keep updated with the latest trends and best practices in conversion optimization (CRO), digital marketing, data analysis, digital experimentation, and statistical analysis.
- Various travel commitment may be required based on current demand/project scope.
- Perform additional job-related duties as required to support the team and organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Marketing, eCommerce, Web User Experience, Data Analysis or any equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, digital experimentation, or a related field, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in executing A/B/n experiments in digital environments.
- Familiarity with web and mobile digital platforms and their respective analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
