As the Digital Fundraising Specialist, you are a vital part of the Direct Response Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Digital Fundraising and are responsible for partnering with the Direct Response team to execute comprehensive plans to build long-term donor engagement by improving donor retention, second gift conversion, and converting leads into first-time donors.Your Essential Responsibilities:In this position, you will:Deliver monthly Ministry Friend fundraising plans that meet the defined revenue goals and achieve long-term donor engagementDevelop compelling fundraising and engagement offers for donors that include tactics that drive year-round fundraising across multiple digital sub-channels, campaigns, and audiences, improving donor retention and second gift conversion and converting leads into first-time donorsAchieve conversion metrics defined by the Director of Digital FundraisingConduct quantitative and qualitative research; analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve conversion ratesMeasure and evaluate relevant data to ensure defined audiences are on pace according to budget and goals cultivation KPIs; Analyze performance data and provide interpretation and conclusionsForecast traffic, revenue, and response targets to support achieving key objectivesDevelop strategies related to website thank-you pages, with a focus on decreasing page bounce and exit ratesOther Responsibilities (Non-Essential):You will be asked to perform related duties or special projects as assigned.Skills you need to succeed:Demonstrated proficiency in:Digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertisingAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsEmail service provider(s) and marketing automation platform(s)Microsoft Office, including ExcelCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, Virtuous, etc.Ability to:Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment requiredCreatively think outside the box and relate with multiple, varying audiencesBe a self-starter who excels with little supervisionEffectively communicate using strong interpersonal skillsThink analytically and interpret donation and web dataDevelop value propositions and offer statementsExperience:Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field3+ years of non-profit experience in a similar roleDeveloping successful digital fundraising channels based on data using multiple sub-channelsInterpreting data using visualization tools and web analytic software (e.g., Google Analytics, DOMO, etc.) is requiredARE YOU LOOKING FOR AN ORGANIZATION WITH A COMPETITIVECOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE, TOO?We have it!
