Job Description:As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our production processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure the production of high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation:
- Safely operate assigned production machines according to company procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor machinery performance, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and support minor machine troubleshooting.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Report and document any defects, deviations, or production issues.
- Production Support:
- Assist with machine changeovers and equipment setup for different production runs.
- Ensure that materials and supplies are adequately stocked for production needs.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and production efficiency.
- Physical Requirements:
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while operating machinery and performing other job duties.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs as part of essential job requirements.

- Available for shift rotations when needed (shift differential is paid).

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Required Experience: Digital Printing - 1 year (preferred).
Shift:
- Rotating A/B Shift, Weekly Rotation, Mon. - Fri.
- 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 1 Week
- 3 PM - 11:30 PM, 1 Week
Pay:
- $16.00 - $20.00 an Hour (Based on Exp.)
