About the role:Reporting to the Global Marketing Campaign Manager you will drive and manage Minelab official social media accounts for different countries and marketing campaigns for Minelab.
You will be responsible for: - Identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to promote brand messaging.
- Collaborating with influencers to create and distribute content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitoring influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards and delivers expected outcomes.
- Developing and executing global social media strategies focused solely on organic content across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Monitoring social media channels for engagement opportunities, interacting with audiences by responding to comments, and redirecting questions to the appropriate departments or team members when necessary.
- Reporting on social media performance metrics related to organic growth.
- Planning, developing, and executing global email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows and A/B testing.
- Analyzing email marketing performance and optimize content and strategies to enhance open and conversion rates.
- Working closely with the Digital Content and Copywriting Analyst, Graphic Design and the Media Performance Manager team to develop compelling social media and email content focused on organic reach.
- Ensuring timely publication and distribution of content across all platforms.
To be successful for this role you will have: - A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Ideally certifications in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in social media and email marketing, specifically focusing on organic content.
- Proven experience managing influencer relationships and content creation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, for organic content management.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and trends.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or any other languages is highly regarded.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to collaborate effectively with the design team.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and interpreting social media and email marketing metrics.
Special Requirements: - As an international organisation you will need to occasionally work outside of standard hours to accommodate global team meetings or time-sensitive projects, as the role involves managing global accounts and collaborating with international teams.
- Willingness to adapt to different time zones and work environments as needed.
- Availability for occasional travel, both domestic and international, to attend meetings, events, or to work closely with global teams.
