Job SummaryCandidate must live within a commutable distance to UGI Utilities Denver or Wilkes-Barre location.
The Digital Marketing and Customer Success Analyst II owns the content development and maintenance of all external facing assets on www.ugi.com to enable growth marketing, provide essential customer information and ensure regulatory compliance. The position develops and maintains all marketing automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, serving as a consultant to Sales, Outreach, Energy Efficiency/Conservation, and Customer Success colleagues, advising these teams on the optimal ways to reach their respective goals via digital tactics. They will recommend and implement best fit marketing strategy to increase customer enrollment in low-income customer assistance programs, prepare and execute monthly energy efficiency promotional content for social media and email marketing to meet energy efficiency rebate program goals, and deploy all ad hoc customer success campaigns in response to the departments needs. Responsible for compiling reports and analytics regarding effectiveness of efforts. Provides back-up to Marketing, Customer Success and Energy Efficiency and Conservation Department team members when needed.
