Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our law firm's marketing team. This position is integral in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and an interest in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing content for the firm's website, blog, social media platforms, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Help manage the firm's social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of webinars, seminars, and other client-focused events, including logistical arrangements and follow-up.
- Marketing Materials: Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and client pitch materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Market Research: Conduct research on legal market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Administrative Support: Handle routine administrative tasks, including maintaining the marketing database, preparing reports, and coordinating with vendors.
- Website Maintenance: Assist in updating website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure client-focused marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
