ROLE SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for the optimization of our online presence to increase sales, expand existing customer base, find new audiences, and direct more traffic to FLUENT dispensaries through the management of our Digital platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for optimizing our online presence to increase sales, expand our existing customer base, find new audiences, and direct more traffic to FLUENT websites and dispensaries.
  • Create custom sections on FLUENT's e-commerce provider to highlight sales and campaigns.
  • Create custom emails and segmentations to send promotional messaging to customers.
  • Monitor and maintain E-Commerce, website, and email platform functions to include proper messaging display and functionality.
  • Perform website management to include FLUENT website functionality, online error detection and repair, and the proper display of all FLUENT content across all mobile and desktop device types. Will report to associate marketing director to resolve issues and implementation.
  • Develop and execute content creation for blogs and social initiatives.
  • Optimize sales and conversion funnels.
  • Monitor and assess competitor marketing and promotional sales initiatives.
  • Provide reports on competitor activity to track performance and setup of sale.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to easily translate marketing initiatives and performance to revenue and business impact to understand relative impact and prioritize accordingly.
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1+ years' experience in developing and supporting marketing initiatives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities are assigned to this position. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.. POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work. TRAVEL Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analysis or related fields ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age. Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
