Venue Marketing Group (VMG) is a full-service marketing firm. From branding to traditional and digital marketing strategy, advertising, media placement, public relations, social media, and event production, Venue is experienced in all areas of marketing. VMG is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead the delivery of digital services for clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital tools and strategies and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans
- Oversee client websites, social media, and paid digital campaigns
- Manage paid digital marketing campaigns, including social, display, SEO/SEM, and analytics with a focus on ROI
- Responsible for coordinating influencer partnerships, content strategy, and ensuring the alignment of influencers with brand goals
- Stay current with digital trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Proficiency as a Meta Business Manager Administrator
- Advanced Manager of Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Highly competent with Social Media Management and Reporting Software (Sprout Social and Agency Analytics Preferred)
- Experience creating and modifying Google Looker Studio dashboards
- Google Ads/Analytics Certified
- Advanced User of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with public relations tools (Meltwater or similar)
- Proficiency in website management and analytics reporting tools (WordPress, Yoast, Elementor, Google Tag Manager)
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Work Environment:
Full-time, in-office position with occasional off-site client work.
Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional night/weekend work.
