Responsibilities Infer likely successful content strategies from tools like Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush etc. (SEO Marketer) Communicate content strategies with stakeholders (clients and internal) - get working approvals (Digital Marketing Manager) Develop templates or oversee content development with in-house copy team (SEO Specialist) Identify budget-effective work for junior SEO team members and interns (SEO Analyst) Consensus-build with in-house design, dev and programming to achieve top ranking, lead-generating content (SEO Manager) Report KPIs (typically Data Studio dashboards and a home brew rank tracking system) and adjust strategies based on results (Online Business Development) Requirements You are proven successful in generating results, can speak specifically to KPIs and causal lead increase You are experienced with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and/or Search Console You have excellent communication skills - can build consensus with clients You enjoy strategizing to achieve meaningful results - can demonstrate with data (examples?) Data sense is a must. You're not necessarily a coder, but you know how to talk to developers and programmers. You will be working with approximately 50 copywriters, digital marketers, graphic designers, videographers, front-end developers, and programmers to fulfill our mission: Improving the Economy One Business at a Time with Profit Generating Websites. Our team also includes server admins and a few onsite technicians who double as in-house IT. We grew up on a lot of direct-with-proprietor small business relationships back before website marketing was even a thing. Now a full-service marketing agency, we place more radio and podcast ads than anyone in Wisconsin. As our clients continue to grow, we now collaborate with robust and digitally literate in-house teams. The next phase in our growth is all about ownership mindset and culture fit.
