We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. We have our eye out for a candidate with experience using SEO and PPC to optimize our business to consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) campaign. We have our eye out for an individual who approaches business from both a creative, analytical and data driven perspective.
Position Description:
The SEO/SEM Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the company's overall SEO strategy including web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy. This individual will also oversee the outreach and intake of all incoming business. This individual will have the opportunity to work amongst motivated healthcare professionals while mentoring and coaching a team of intake representatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the internal stakeholders in marketing, sales, and research to plan and implement google optimization and other online campaigns
- Advise on best practices and conduct A/B testing to maximize ad spend, generate sales leads, and meet campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign progress and make adjustments in-the-moment
- Track performance metrics in Google Analytics, to understand trends and make data-driven decisions about campaign strategy
- Report on performance to key stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and communicate value of social media
- Train and develop the CDPAP intake team
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in successfully managing, developing and executing SEO campaigns
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or writing-focused role
- Experience using attention to detail and organizational skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Extensive experience utilizing digital analytics platform such as Google Analytics
- Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and advertising
- Understanding of the health care landscape, including policy trends and the key challenges facing Home Care Agencies and other segments within health care
