About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our corporate marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing strategy and execution. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of paid social, paid search, website management, and SEO.
What you'll doDigital Media Strategy & Execution:- Assist in developing and executing media plans across multiple channels including Paid Search, Social, Programmatic TV, Digital OOH, YouTube and more
- Build and maintain email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, etc.) that keep clients informed, while optimizing for high open and click-through rates
- Build and refine audience segmentation strategies leveraging first-party, third-party, and in-market data
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Website Management:- Oversee the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's websites (including landing pages, blog, etc.)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive web strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and drives business growth, while creating a strong brand experience that is focused on conversion
- Work closely with designers to implement website enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness
SEO Strategy & Implementation:- Build, inform and execute the team's SEO strategy and roadmap to improve the site's visibility and organic discoverability
- Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, and implement technical SEO best practices
- Inform and execute a link building strategy to acquire more high-quality backlinks and improve onsite crosslinking
- Complete and enhance on-page SEO elements including title tags, meta descriptions, H1 tags, etc.
Analytics & Reporting:- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates
- Set up, maintain, and optimize tracking of web analytics to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights including optimizations
- Generate regular reports on web traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights
- General Job Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role with a strong track record of managing and optimizing digital paid media campaigns, preferably in the beauty, wellness, retail or med spa industries
- Hands on experience with platforms like WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Facebook Ads are required
- SEO certifications (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush) are a plus
- Creative development experience is a huge plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support key campaigns and events
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 85,000 USD per year (It's A Secret Medspa Logistics)
