Role Expectations:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support our growth objectives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and positioning our brand effectively in the marketplace. This role requires a strong background in SEO, expertise in marketing to mature professionals, and a strategic mindset for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) marketing. You will design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate revenue and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, email, social media, etc.) to generate and nurture leads.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and acquire potential CPA firms for acquisition.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and improve campaign performance. Serve as the connector between sales and marketing, ensuring seamless lead handoff to the sales team, adjusting marketing programs based on sales feedback, creating sales-enabling reports and dashboards, and maintaining consistent internal communication with sales leadership and associates.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and support overall company goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making. Implement proper tracking and create dashboards and reporting using HubSpot and other tools to share performance marketing KPIs with the team.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and in alignment with strategic priorities.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • B2B Marketing Expertise: 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in demand generation.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Track Record of Success: Proven portfolio of successful growth strategies and marketing interventions.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with creative teams; experienced in managing external agencies and budgets to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in generating and nurturing leads through various channels such as paid media, paid social, email, retargeting, direct mail, webinars, and more.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, to execute campaigns that effectively connect marketing-generated leads to sales outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and report on data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Mindset: Creative, solutions-oriented, and focused on delivering measurable results.
