Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: San Antonio, TX - 100% onsite
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to support end-to-end marketing campaign execution. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and marketing savvy to enhance engagement and optimize the effectiveness of our digital campaigns. Youll leverage HTML/CSS coding, data-driven insights, and campaign management tools to create impactful communications that reach and resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support digital marketing campaigns, including HTML/CSS coding, audience segmentation, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance based on engagement data.
- Manage and report on digital campaign metrics to assess engagement and effectiveness across various audience segments.
- Develop email communications that ensure optimal message delivery, frequency, and impact for both marketing and real-time campaigns.
- Responsible for email HTML/CSS code, testing, scheduling, deployment, and managing deliverability and opt-outs.
- Maintain and update email templates, adhering to design principles and organizational branding standards.
- Support the organizations digital marketing objectives and core values through any other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing/email campaign execution, implementation, testing, analytics, and planning.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS coding.
- Strong skills in editing, proofreading, and composition.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar email/data automation platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and experience with sales data interpretation.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including multi-table joins, grouping, aggregation, common table expressions, and conditional filters.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
