Role: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Remote (Austin-area preferred) Salary: $85-$100K depending on experience Report to: Julie Feeley (BPC, DLC, Kranz) Addison Group's Consulting Marketing Team is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various digital channels like social media, email, search engines, and websites to promote their Bridgepoint, DLC, and Kranz teams consulting services and generate leads. Key responsibilities: •Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), content marketing, and display advertising.•Generate engaging content like blog posts, articles, social media updates, and videos to attract and retain target audiences.•Research and identify target demographics to tailor marketing strategies and messaging effectively.•Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, monitor key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates), and generate comprehensive reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.•Develop and implement social media strategies across different platforms to build brand awareness, engage with followers, and generate leads.•Implement technical and content-based SEO strategies to improve website ranking on search engine results pages.•Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.•Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.•Continuously monitor digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain effectiveness. Requirements: •6+ years in a digital marketing experience with proven record of successful inbound lead generation strategies o Experience marketing for consulting services agencies (preferred)•Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices•Excellent copywriting and content creation skills•Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console•Social media marketing expertise•SEO knowledge and optimization techniques•Data analysis and interpretation skills•Graphic design skills (beneficial)•Strong communication and collaboration abilities
