About the Position Employee Navigator is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us at our headquarters in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate has a passion for all things marketing and should have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools. In this role you will provide creative ideas for content marketing and website updates, manage new partner launches, and help to craft the overall marketing strategy for the organization. This is an onsite role working out of our Bethesda, Maryland office. Responsibilities
  • Maintain marketing tools: manage campaigns, audience lists, email analytics and campaigns in Marketo and MailChimp.
  • Develop tactical plans and content in support of overarching strategy and positioning, which may include web page content, digital advertising, social media, email communications, thought leadership and event materials.
  • Develop content for all marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns, to support overall marketing objectives.
  • Update and maintain brand assets and marketing materials.
Qualifications
  • Interest in marketing, communications, and the desire to learn while staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Ability to complete high-quality projects quickly and on time.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Some experience or willingness to learn a range of digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Some experience of html and wysiwyg editors.
