Digital Marketing Specialist
We?re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and collaborate closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and VP of Marketing. This role is perfect for a dynamic, creative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies in a Business-to-Business (B2B) setting. Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to design graphics and create marketing materials.
- Develop layouts for various media platforms, including print, web, and digital.
- Design marketing assets for customer events, such as tradeshows, golf tournaments, and training sessions.
- Plan and execute digital media strategies focused on customer acquisition, including email marketing campaigns, website updates, digital advertising, and social media management.
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality still images and videos for use across websites, social media, email campaigns, PR outreach, advertisements, presentations, and special events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for future marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Support the Marketing Team during events, including setup, event-day duties, and breakdown.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements of the Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of traditional, digital, mobile, and social media platforms, including best practices for designing across each medium.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, community management, blogging, forums, and search engine optimization (SEO).
