Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Develop compelling ad copy, creative, and A/B testing strategies to drive conversions and improve CTR.
- Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies in real time.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital advertising, paid media platforms, and audience targeting techniques.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, including PPC, paid social, or programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Experience with keyword research tools (SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner) and audience segmentation strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing is a plus, but not required.
