We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance online presence while executing impactful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and refine digital marketing and communication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success, to effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of programs aimed at driving demand for solutions, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Establish operating rhythms and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development across events, content, and operations.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Contribute to creating and executing marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and the company website to generate interest and leads.
- Review and optimize current social media activities while implementing new strategies to expand the organization's social media footprint.
- Research and identify potential opportunities with industry media outlets and manage third-party media relationships.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing corporate websites, including updates and enhancements to meet business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience.
- Experience managing website updates, feature enhancements, and integrations.
- Proficiency in deploying landing pages and maintaining site accuracy.
- Ability to monitor marketing automation campaigns and perform quality assurance on customer-facing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with executing lead generation campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and market research.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, and Webflow is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.
