Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Merchandiser to join our fast-growing North America Digital team. This role will be critical in developing and executing the category strategy for Digital platforms with a specific focus on presenting and merchandising products to consumers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a passion for e-commerce, and a curiosity for marketplace and product trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in merchandising, planning, brand, and membership to ensure seasonal assortment and marketing campaigns are aligned.
• Analyze reporting and analytics to derive key insights and share them with leadership to help drive the business forward.
• Manage seasonal product readiness, creating collections, auditing consumer journeys, assisting with marketing campaigns, and maintaining internal keyword searches.
• Execute changes on platforms based on insights from analytics and collaborate with all digital channels to ensure a seamless consumer experience.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in digital commerce or retail
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in e-commerce within the retail industry is highly preferred
