Work location will be at the Main Branch in Hillsborough. The work involves designing and leading community outreach efforts related to technology competency and digital literacy, including but not limited to individual assistance, group classes, and organized programs. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Outreach and Community Engagement Coordinator with some leeway to exercise independent judgment within the framework of applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in the performance of duties, both in terms of planning and accomplishing work and in making decisions regarding needs and requests of staff and the public.
