Position: Digital Press OperatorSummary: NESCO is in search of a Digital Press Operator for a fantastic company in the Henrietta area! This position offers longevity and growth opportunities, potentially transitioning from temporary to permanent. Sets up and outputs jobs by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operate digital press equipment.
- Read and interpret job packets and work instructions.
- Set up jobs according to specifications.
- Conduct substrate adhesion tests.
- Performs color matching.
- Loads correct substrates.
- Conducts troubleshooting, quality control, and ensures throughput essential for production.

- Knowledge of Digital Printing.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to clearly document and communicate required information to employees/depts. for production. Client Indigo experience is a plus.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Geometry and dimensional knowledge helpful.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Operator must have a general understanding of computer skills, looking at a schedule and emailing as needed.

- Pay Starting at $18 - $23 an Hour (Based on Exp.)
- B Shift (2:30 PM - 1 AM, M - Th. w/ Ability to Train on A Shift for Approx. 1 Month or More)
