Etna Interactive, a leading digital marketing agency, seeks a remote Digital Production Designer with excellent communication skills that is interested in the intersection between design, content, business, and marketing. *While this is a remote role, candidates must reside in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia. We are seeking a talented Digital Production Designer to join our Creative Services team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Creative Services Manager, Senior Designers, and Marketing teams to produce visually engaging digital solutions. As a creative and analytical designer, you will help communicate our clients' messages through captivating digital content, adhering to branding and visual problem-solving strategies. We are looking for a designer who is detail-oriented, self-managing, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment to support diverse clients and projects. You'll be using your technical expertise and passion for design to contribute to our overall success.   • Proven Expertise: BA/BS degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field. In lieu of degree, minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an agency environment; or equivalent. Previous background should include demonstrated ability to deal with customers/clients, responsive web design, and current design standards: expert use of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, web fonts (Adobe and Google fonts), browser inspector tools, and demonstrable understanding of HTML, CSS, UX, and SEO.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior designers and marketers to ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation across all collateral.
  • Superb Communication Skills: Communicates internally creating a professional, positive, and collaborative environment. Takes initiative of own ideas in meetings and helps spark creative ideas within the group. Takes constructive criticism while staying curious to understand the problem and keep solution-minded. Has professional and polished verbal and written communication skills for internal and external-facing messages.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 annually. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily including the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
