Reporting to the Global Head of Product Design & UX, the Digital Project Manager is a full-time exempt position that is based in New York City. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Manage outstanding levels of communication and delivery to clients.
  • Manage the timeline and projected scheduling of digital products and assets.
  • Maintain understanding of existing and emerging processes within the digital design and development teams.
  • Ensure work is delivered in a timely fashion and to previously agreed timelines.
  • Work with all types of digital content and projects from technology to user experience, content strategy, mobile, marketing, display, and social.
  • Manage resources across all accounts to focus on key areas to achieve desired results.
  • Anticipate potential workflow issues and recommend and implement solutions.
  • Anticipate peak periods in workflow and identify specific additional resource required on digital projects to manage workload and maintain an excellent service.
  • Effectively lead workflow across multiple digital engagements, keeping tasks and timelines on course and projects on budget.
  • Retain business and attractnew clients.
  • Identify new initiatives and process improvements that increase efficiencies and the quality of work in the digital team and help implement them.
  • Create and manage budgets on all accounts.
  • Create SOWs.
  • Update digital production accounts, raising PO's and billing.
  • Negotiate fees with freelancers and outsourcing suppliers; ensure invoices are processed promptly.
  • Liaising with CRM & SEO Managers in our London office
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 1 - 4 years Digital Producer/Project Management experience (ideally servicing the entertainment industry).
  • Understanding of Digital Design and Development techniques and processes.
  • A dynamic and responsive person who is proactive, works autonomously, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of best UX/UI, SEO practices.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices, knowledge of MailChimp andpotentially Sales Force and other tools, some familiarity with MJML newsletterdevelopment.
  • Familiarity with project management software (Asana preferred).
  • WordPress, Drupal, Silver Stripe, Wix, Square Space and other CMS management, analyticsand ideally understanding of basic coding (optional) and web best practices.
  • Basic understanding of React and Server management such as AWS would also be a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to use reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience of responding quickly and directly to clients.
  • Able to manage multiple high-level client relationships.
