Job Description:

The role is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple small-scale projects and initiatives within the Digital organization, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the company.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project-related challenges, as well as the ability to work proactively and independently while remaining interdependent with the team. Exceptional relationship management skills are essential for collaborating across various technical teams to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of project management essentials, including project scope, timelines, quality, resource allocation, potential risks, relevant regulations, available tools, and execution methods. The ability to adapt and pivot in response to challenges, risks, or unforeseen events is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
  • Contribute to defining and documenting project scope.
  • Support resource allocation and task assignments, serving as a liaison between team members and functional area management.

Progress Tracking and Monitoring:

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks.
  • Keep project management tools and dashboards up to date with relevant information.
  • Escalate project risks to senior stakeholders and team members as needed.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and updates.
  • Organize and manage meeting agendas and minutes.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and files.
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost management.
  • Prepare project deliverables and presentations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of previous experience in project management or a similar role.
