We are seeking a seasoned strategic industrial software sales professional to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across various industries.In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy. You will leverage your expertise in industrial enterprise software sales to identify and develop new business opportunities in industries like mining, water/wastewater, oil and gas, and beyond. You will have the opportunity to apply your creativity and collaborate with internal business units to explore innovative applications for our existing and future software solutions.This is more than just a sales role. We are looking for someone who will become a trusted advisor and technology evangelist. You will play a key role in educating existing and potential clients about the value proposition of Industry 5.0 concepts, and how our software can help them achieve their business transformation goals. Internally, you will champion our products and foster collaboration across departments, working closely with technical and product teams to ensure successful deal execution.Be prepared to navigate complex sales cycles that involve building consensus across various external stakeholders, including Operations, Procurement, Legal, and even partners. Your deep understanding of formal sales methodologies and the ability to accurately set the opportunity stages (Stretch, Upside, Forecast Commit) will be critical for effective forecasting and successful deal closure.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business unit within a well-established company at the forefront of industrial business transformation.   • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial enterprise software sales
  • Proven record of accomplishment of success in achieving sales targets within a complex B2B environment, within the industrial automation and or digital transformation space
  • Deep understanding of formal sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC) and their application to complex sales cycles exceeding 24 months
  • Ability to clearly articulate sales methodology and progress to leadership, keeping them informed of market trends and opportunity pipeline status
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital twins, Industry 5.0 concepts, and their applications within industrial settings
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to generate accurate and insightful sales reports
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate established technical communities
  • Understanding of how consultative projects are typically awarded, progressed, and expanded within the target industries
  • Proven ability to stay organized and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bi-lingual candidates are much appreciated (English, Spanish, Portuguese)
