Short Overall Summary of Position The Digital Service Specialist (DSS) supports Siemens Digitalization efforts to provide digital services to customers as part of contracted service for projects and / or service agreements across North America. The DSC is located in Austin, Texas and applicants will be asked to relocate. Our DSS strive to provide responsive onboarding, training and support services for our above site analytics offerings. We help clients drive value through the visibility to the issues in their buildings, and we serve as domain experts in maintaining that line of site to those opportunities.
As a DSS, you will:
* Display strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership ability across all levels coupled with effective problem solving, conceptual thinking & analytical skills
* Work closely with internal portfolio and research & development stakeholders to document and prioritize feature enhancements, bugs or requirements
* Act as Platform Administrator for Navigator, Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD), Activity Central and Building X platforms
* Interface with Digital Service Engineers, Field Service Energy Engineers, Client Service Managers, Specialists and customers to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish
* Configure reports and dashboards on systems performance to pro-actively inform customer and Siemens field offices
* Lead customer training and conducts client facing presentations

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Associate degree
* Ability to work in uncharted territory
* Creative problem solving
* Independent time management
* Up to 5% travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of common HVAC and electrical building systems, energy management or energy efficiency systems
* Bachelors or Associate degree in Electrical or Mech. Engineering and 3+ years of applied work experience
* 1+ years Business Intelligence software or analytics experience
* 1+ years Service delivery experience

* The pay range for this position is $54,180 - $92,880 and the annual incentive target is 5%. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
