Overview:
As the Director of Digital Strategy, you will lead email, social media, website, and digital strategies to drive recruitment, fundraising, and brand awareness. This role combines strategic leadership, creativity, and data-driven execution to engage donors, recruit volunteers, and amplify their unique mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage email, social media, and content calendars to engage donors and prospects.
- Oversee digital fundraising and lead-generation campaigns, focusing on donor and volunteer acquisition.
- Create impactful storytelling using imagery, video, and innovative content to inspire diverse audiences.
- Write creative briefs and guide new digital asset development.
- Drive KPIs for donor and volunteer engagement and acquisition.
- Stay current on digital trends, leveraging influencers, partners, and events to boost social voice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with experience in customer journey mapping and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools; Pardot experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including to Africa.
Location:
- Based in Dallas prefered; (weekly travel to Lindale, Texas)
