The Dimensions Manager is accountable for implementing the Dimensions Memory Care Program, encouraging participation and ownership from all staff. Manages and supervises the programmatic, physical and educational operations of Dimensions in the senior assisted living and memory care Community in meeting the residents/familys needs and expectations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provides education to staff/families to adequately equip them to interact effectively with residents experiencing dementia and memory loss.

This position includes:

80 hours per two weeks

Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Provides leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and/or students.
• Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction.

• Implement and maintain the Dimensions Program.

  • Serves as the Dimensions Champion for the site, attending Ebenezers Dimensions Trainings and ongoing Dimensions Champions training.
• Develop program and activities reflective of Dimensions Community resident interests
• In Partnership with the Executive Director (ED) and DHS, develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records.
• Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree
• 0-1 years of relevant experience

• Other License/Certification/Registration:

  • Current Drivers License (in good standing)

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
