Schedule: Full Time Salary: $58,500 - $60,400 annually - based on experience Benefits:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dining Director. Dining Director Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
  • Assist in the development of the annual Dining operating budget
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Dining department supplies and food levels, according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
  • Act as a liaison for all aspects related to Dining Services within the community
  • Ensure that meals are prepared according to menu and recipes followed as well as food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion, and presented in an attractive manner
Dining Director Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years food service and staff management experience
  • Proven track record in quality, presentation of meals and cost containment.
  • Minimum two-year degree in hotel/restaurant management or food service administration management.
