- Set up and replenish the food serving line before and during meal service.
- Assist in serving food to military personnel in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize the serving line, utensils, and food contact surfaces after each meal.
- Maintain cleanliness of food service areas, ensuring all equipment is cleaned after use.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the food service area before and after meal periods.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
