Job DescriptionThe Stonebreaker Restaurant, opening October 2024, is actively searching for a committed go getter to join our team as a Dining Room Attendant.FULL AND PART TIME AVAILABLE! Weekly pay!!Stonebreaker, formerly the Pratt Place Inn was first opened in2008 as an independent, locally owned and operated boutique hotel located on 144-acres at the top of Markham Hill, one of the Seven Hills in Fayetteville Arkansas. The 18,900sf building will be renovated and transformed to offer an extensive F&B program with significant outdoor dining and private dining options, a Membership Club Lounge, and check in area for guests.A distinctive element exclusive to Hay Creek Management's approach to guest service is its 'Host Philosophy,' which encourages each associate to develop the skills necessary to offer competent hospitality service outside the realm of their primary job responsibilities.The ability of our Host Associates to proficiently multi-task provides guests at Hay Creek properties a secure, comfortable confidence that their service expectations will be exceeded.Experience and SkillsJob Summary:
- Greet and direct guests in accordance with company service standards.
- Assist service staff with the initial setup of guest seating, including providing drinking water and/or coffee, ensuring proper place settings are available, and ensuring guests are comfortable.
- As food dishes are prepared and become available in the kitchen, coordinate with service staff to assist bringing food from the kitchen to the guest table.
- Act as a liaison to all servers, working between the front of house and back of house to bring items to guest tables, such as a requests for additional condiments.
- Clear guest tables of used table setting items such as silverware, used glassware and dishes, etc.
- Complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly. Clean and maintain all working areas and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
- 17+ years of age
- This is an entry level position with no prior experience in restaurants needed. We will train for the right candidates with positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a constructive, team working environment with a positive, upbeat and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days (i.e. town festivals).
