If you enjoy presenting delicious food, building relationships, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role:

As a Dining Room Server, youll play a key role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to our innovative culinary experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch service and ensuring our Residents have an enjoyable dining experience
• Taking and serving meal orders, as well as preparing beverages, snacks, and other items
• Setting up and decorating dining tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Building positive relationships with Residents and your fellow team members
• Assisting with special events and catering functions
• Learning and remembering Residents names, preferences, and dietary needs

What Were Looking For:

• A genuine desire to make a positive impact through excellent customer service
• A passion for building meaningful relationships with our Residents
• No prior experience requiredtraining will be provided!
• Must be at least 16 years old

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Seniors or in customer service
• 2-3 years of experience in a commercial restaurant or club setting
