We provide a haven of hospitality for seniors: a host of amenities, fine dining, scheduled transportation, and the comfort of relaxing in a community environment while maintaining their independence and privacy.
We are looking for a professional and courteous Dining Room Server to join our team! Qualified applicants for this position will be friendly, kind, and have a passion for working with seniors. **No late nights, no petty cash handling, and no working with the general public**.
Primary Responsibilities
* Maintains a professional appearance at all times while on shift.
* Sets tables and food placement areas for resident meals.
* Serve resident meals and assist with drinks and any special requests.
* Maintain food stations and dining areas.
* Bus tables and assist with clean-up.
* Follow and adhere to all safe food practices and standards.
* Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules as assigned.
Qualifications
* Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
* Qualified candidates will have a friendly demeanor with a passion for working with seniors.
* Ability to listen and communicate clearly.
* Ability to learn safe food practices and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
* Must be able to function under minimal supervision.
Benefits
* $750 sign-on bonus to be dispersed as follows:
o $375 after completing orientation
o $375 after the first 90 days of employment
