Knows corrective action if wash/final rinse temperatures are not meeting standards.Demonstrates correct labeling and dating procedures along with proper food storage techniques.Uses knives and cutting boards appropriately.Demonstrates how to operate small equipment: griddle, can opener, toaster, etc.Demonstrates how to prepare non-cooked menu items: sandwiches, sides, entree salads, etc.Demonstrates correct portioning of all menu items during meal service consistent with menu extensions using the correct serving utensils.Able to read and interpret patient/resident meal tickets and serve meal consistent with prescribed resident diets & textures. What do I need for this role with Frederick Living? High School diploma preferred, but not required.Some experience preferred, but not required.
