Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $60,410 - $70,000year – based on experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Dining Service Director.

Dining Service Director Responsibilities include:

· Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards

· Assist in the development of the annual Dining operating budget

· Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Dining department supplies and food levels, according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards

· Act as a liaison for all aspects related to Dining Services within the community

· Ensure that meals are prepared according to menu and recipes followed as well as food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion, and presented in an attractive manner

Dining Service Director Education & Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years food service and staff management experience

· Proven track record in quality, presentation of meals and cost containment.

· Minimum two-year degree in hotel/restaurant management or food service administration management.
