This is a full time, 40 hour per week, benefit eligible position. Weekend availability is required. Shifts will be a combination of the following times including 6:30am-3pm, 11am-7:30pm and 12pm-8:30pm. We strive for work/life balance. This role will be scheduled to work 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off, either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday. Must provide excellent customer service and enjoy working with the senior population. Here's what you need:
- 1-2 years' experience in a restaurant, fine dining or catering setting, preferably in a senior services environment.
- 1 year of Shift Lead or Supervisor experience.
- Familiar with expediting food.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and staff.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language.
- Computer competency required.
Here's what you'll do:
- Problem solve operational issues as they occur (i.e., rescheduling work assignments and work schedules, assisting residents, etc.)
- Perform wait staff duties as needed.
- Assist in direct supervision and training of wait staff, models good employee morale, and provides hands on support as needed.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for department.
- Operate POS system and assist with billing.
- Assist in executing special events and functions.
- Accurate and timely completion of assignments and duties.
- Adherence to food safety standards and allergen information as regulated by department.
- Follows uniform guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Pay Range: $21.05- $24.77 per hour. Pay is based on Experience and Qualifications.
