Position Description To perform duties for the dining Unit that ensures a high quality product and excellent customer service. A variety of work duties will be assigned at different shifts to include the list below. Work Performed
- Demonstrates excellent customer service at all times while working in a fast paced team environment.
- Under direction prepares and assembles food.
- With guidance ensures safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Under direction uses slicer, deep fryer, turbo chef, microwave, espresso machine and similar equipment.
- Serves prepared food to customers.
- Washes dishes, pots and pans. Stacks dishes, glasses and silverware.
- Preforms general cleaning and stocking.
- Empties waste receptacles.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student at SUNY Brockport.
- Ability to work at least two shifts / 8 hours per week.
- Preferred experience in foodservice or customer service industry.
