**Position Summary**
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, CFO to lead and manage all financial aspects of the TPA businesses - Meritain, American Health Holdings, Aetna Signature Administrators, and First Health. This is an exciting leadership position providing the right individual an opportunity to support the business in successfully delivering both long- and short-term financial targets. This role will be based in Hartford, CT and will report to the CFO of Aetna Diversified Commercial Solutions.

- Track record of building strong business relationships in a matrixed environment using strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Ability to drive strong financial outcomes partnering with the business.
- Effective communication skills with the expertise to understand the details and transform them into a business driver-based narrative for leadership.
- Strong work ethic is a self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing business relationships with the TPA leadership teams and shared service partners.
- Signoff of budget and forecasts in partnership with the business leadership to set achievable growth and financial goals.
- Ensuring business partner accountability through regular tracking and reporting of actionable metrics and results to ensure successful achievement of financial goals.
- Partnering with business and finance teams to ensure control environment and achieve financial targets.
- Supporting robust business case development to ensure investments are being utilized to maximize and deliver both short and long term strategic and financial goals.
**Required Qualifications**
- 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the healthcare or supplemental benefits industry.
- Bachelors Degree in finance, economics, or a business-related discipline.
- Strong analytical knowledge base and financial acumen, with proven ability to vision, strategize, and develop actionable tactics against key facts and data insights.
- Ability to problem solve, identify, and remove roadblocks, triage, and prioritize issues.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
