Responsibilities Midwest Center for Youth and Families is seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Clinical Services to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!Available Shifts: Monday - Friday day shiftMidwest Center for Youth and Families (a subsidiary of UHS) has been in operation since 1997, serving youth across the country that are in need of psychiatric treatment for variety of mental health issues. The Midwest Center is a respected healthcare provider, fully accredited, 74-bed private, residential treatment facility with locations in Valparaiso and Kouts, IN. We are dedicated to care of the hearts and minds of our patients with compassion and superior quality behavioral healthcare services through our full-immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents ages 10 - 18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. Website: Position Summary: The Director of Clinical Services provides direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision of the Clinical Program. The Director of Clinical Services is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for calls offs and any other program or staff issues. Experience: Three years of work experience in a behavioral health/psychiatric setting with patients aged 10-18yrs. Two years of work experience in DBT evidence-based treatment. Requirements: Must be 21 years old Licensure/Certifications: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC required. Must have a valid driver's license. Must complete DBT skills training certification course within 6 months of hire.
