Laurel Heights Hospital is an intensive Residential Treatment/Acute and Autism Spectrum Disorders Program for children and adolescents. We serve and treat severe and complex psychiatric and behavioral difficulties and co-occurring psychiatric issues. We provide a caring, therapeutic setting with various therapeutic modalities and applied behavior analysis services. EOE. Responsibilities:
- Site Leadership- clinical and operational
- Responsible for the management and oversight of all employees of your department
- Organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects and tasks
- Curriculum and Service Line Development
- Group Facilitation and Observation to ensure curriculum integrity is maintained
- Interdisciplinary treatment team communication
- Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
- Manage and provide routine reports as requested
- Fiscal responsibilities and corporate deadlines
- Census management

- Master's Degree or higher
- Active GA Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, CNS)
- Able to provide clinical supervision
- 5-8 years of behavioral healthcare leadership experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Management of clinical and clerical aspects of a behavioral health facility
- Understanding of GA State and The Joint Commission Requirements and Regulations for Behavioral Health Services
- Professional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Required Behavioral Health Knowledge:
- Applicable state laws pertaining to Outpatient BH services
- Corporate expectations, policies, and procedures
