SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY As a Direct Support Professional, you will ACTIVELY assist adults and perform tasks including lifting (up to 60 pounds without assistance), providing personal care/hygiene (including bathing, adult diapering, toileting etc.) and feeding.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Valid Driver's License * Proof of High School Diploma or GED * Healthcare documents: Physical and TB/PPD screening (within one year) * Valid CPR/First Aid Certification * Ability to complete and pass background checks * Ability to complete client's required computer-based IDD trainings * Resume- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required
