The Role

As a Direct Care Specialist team member at Alsana, you will be an integral part of an inter-disciplinary mental health team to support our clients. We offer a compassionate working environment in the fastest growing field in the US - Mental Health. We have multiple shifts available and an impressive track record of promoting from within.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes accurate documentation of observations of client
• Documents patient progress per procedure
• Provides one-on-one assistance to clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to get to work
• Prefer some college course work or in process of getting your degree
• Experience in the field of behavioral health, preferred - not required
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Obtain a CPR certification and Serv Safe, during first week of work, preferably through the American Heart Association

Tuesday-Saturday 2:15pm-10:15pm

Thursday-Monday 2:15pm-10:15pm
