Responsibilities:- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Implement behavioral management strategies and interventions as directed by the treatment team.
- Monitor and document patient behavior and responses to interventions.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals during challenging situations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, including handling restraints when necessary.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 6 months experience assisting with ADLs.
- Prior experience working with behavioral patients preferred.
- Comfortable handling restraints when needed.
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or willingness to get vaccinated.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
