We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Direct Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting. As a Behavioral Health Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the therapeutic and clinical needs of our patients.
Come join the direct care team at our residential treatment facility! We serve residents with developmental delays and on the autism spectrum at this site so care experience with this patient poplulation is preferred.
We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions for all shifts:
New pay scale approved in 2025 starting at $20.00 / hour
?PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field prefer.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
